We may use third-party service providers for website hosting, data storage, communications, scheduling, payments and analytics. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data choices

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in free-text notes. Payment details, when enabled, will be handled through the designated payment provider rather than ordinary booking notes.
