Start with logistics before cleaning day

• Wipe countertops, backsplash and accessible surfaces
• Clean sink and fixtures
• Clean appliance exteriors

Before handing over keys, look at the property from the entry as if you were seeing it for the first time. Check floors, bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, cabinet interiors, closets and any add-ons you requested. A short final walkthrough is the easiest way to catch a missed shelf or small detail while access to the property is still simple.
